Please note that we do not
consider this item Semi Permanent, as named by the manufacturer. It is Smear
Proof, but not Water Proof. With that said, several employees use it and like
it both for the convenience, colors and smear resistent properties. We also
have many positive feedback comments about these pens, however, we wanted to
state that we don't consider is Semi Permanent, as per our company definition.
Due to the fact that these products are on close-out, some of the pens are
factory seconds without the NYX screen imprinting, however, they are brand new
and safety sealed. If you are an existing customer that loves this product,
please note that we are closing them out and discontinuing them, so stock
up!
