We love our International clients and we ship Worldwide daily. Please note that all postage and fees for delivery are paid by Studio Direct Cosmetics, however, if your country requires taxes and/or duties on any orders, those fees will have to be paid prior to your receiving your package. Studio Direct Cosmetics is unable to be responsible for packages wherein the buyer refuses to pay said customs duties and/or fees. If the order is refused due to the buyer's failure to pay applicable duties and/or taxes, our insurance carrier does not consider that loss and/or damage and there are no refunds on such refusals. It is each International buyer's responsiblity to verify that cosmetic items are allowed to be legally imported into their country. We are unable to research the customs laws for every country. If your package is because it's importation violates customs laws, we will assist your in trying to have the package returned to us, so that we may refund the cost of the goods only.
Due to health laws, we are unable to accept any cosmetic returns. All cosmetic sales are final, except for cases wherein we have made an error. If there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and approprate shipping return instructions and our address. Our shipping facility does not process incoming mail and will not receive any packages sent there.
